Here are some pictures from our latest build. This time we worked on a family trail unit project that my son named "the stretch"! We took a stock 2014 RZR 900 4 seat UTV & made it into a one of a kind family ride! Perfect for year long riding on just about any trail system!
We added doors to keep the boys safely inside, graphics to match the unit,
We added a heater system with windshield vents to keep the chill off & a gun safe/arm rest for comfort and safety
We installed a roof to help protect from bad weather & a LED light bar on top to light up the trails for night rides. We also installed Ricochet orange anodized a arm guards and our Viking RZR bumper for added protection. We also added a Viper Elite 4000 LB winch with wireless remote and dash switch & matching synthetic orange rope rated at 8700 lb!
To keep the boys safe we installed. rear safety harnesses. We also installed a interior light making it easy to strap our boys harnesses down at night.
We also windshield with power wiper and spray for rain and mud, rear window. We also installed a rear spare tire, cargo box to store all the extras, Rotopax fuel packs.
We went with the 6+1 offset STI HD3 wheels to shorten the width of the unit for the tighter trail systems. 27 X 14 Grim Reaper 8 ply tires for increadable traction and puncher resistance.
We also added our upper door enclosure for those wet and cold rides! Easy on & off system making this a all year long family trail ride!
